EUREAUTERRITORIALES Joining across the Water
River Basin Management and European Territorial Co-operation
QUIMPER, Finistère, France 12 & 13 October 2006
In light of the new round of European structural funding (2007-2013), the Cycleau Partnership held this event in Quimper, France, on 12th and 13th October 2006, focusing on the European dimension of river basin management. The main objective of the EUREAUTERRITORIALES was to encourage a learning culture and sharing know how among regions of Europe. It was also be an opportunity for Cycleau to disseminate lessons learnt on the management of European projects and showcase its final outputs.
The previous Cycleau Conferences held on 7-8 October 2004 in Ballina, Co.Mayo, Ireland and on 22-23 September 2005 in Falmouth, Cornwall, UK, were very successful and involved over 450 people in total from 14 different countries across Europe and beyond.
